Coils & Torsion Bar Recomendations

I need some opinions on torsion bars and rear coils for my 91' 22RE 4Runner...
After researching I think I have decided on Downey for front and rear suspension. I figured, or at least have been hearing that Downey sells some pretty good stuff for Toyota's and that I could just order both from the same place. I looked up Swayaway and NWOR as well. I don't have a lift, just want to replace with better bars/springs. Anyone running Downey and are you happy with them? Do their rear coils really lift 1.5" from stock?

Any other brands you guys like or recomend?

OME. i wouldn't recommend anything else to any body. OME has proven track records with the Dakar Rally. when i replace my suspension with SAS and coils all around, OME is where i'll buy what parts i can.

Just leave the tbars stock. Aftermarket bars are just higher spring rate (ie stiffer) and make the ride and "flex" suffer accordingly.

I would go with the Eiback or PP progressive rate coils in the back. I did the Eibachs and they're great IMHO.

Old Man Emu rear coils and stock torsion bars. Torsion bars last pretty much forever. Some people have said Downey coils sag really fast. I have OME and I like them BUT...if you run the OME springs, the ride won't be good if you go with a cheap shocks like a ProComp. OME springs are very stiff and the OME shocks are soft, so together they work well.
