CO Relay Question

CO Relay Question
87 4Runner 22RE. I know that the CO Relay has a lot of threads covering it, but still a little lost. If I have a click coming from the CO Relay, does that mean that my Main Relay is good or could it still be bad? I am getting only .4 volts to my fuel pump and have been trying to cancel out items. When I turn the ignition over, I get a loud click from the CO Relay. 4crawler's sight is amazing but overwhelming at the same time for this guy. Thanks

Just because the coil is pulling in.
You have no idea if the contacts are making good contact over the years they do get burnt they do wear to the point of not making good contact

I say if you were miles from a paved road you could try and clean them.
After testing the relay( It will show you how in any of the manuals) if it is not working I would get a new one
If the relay is working then the problem is else where.
look at the socket it plugs into for corrosion
