How do you remove and replace the clutch slave cylinder line. It seems to be stuck. Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Best thing is with a flare nut wrench, a regular one can round off the corners. And if it's been on there for a while a shot of penetrating lube first will help.

If you strip it, well placed (small) vice grips are about the only option that I know of.. Try a line wrench first. I think it's 10mm.

Slave cylinder is on the right side of the tranny bellhousing. Use a flare-nut wrench and dissconnect the clutch line union. Take off the two bolts and pull out the slave cylinder. Badda bing badda boom. Inspect it and see if you can just use a repair kit (if the cylinder bore is scored or has bright wear areas it's bad), or just buy a new one and plug er back and yer done!

Heat it up, then spit some water on it. Pay $5 for a propane torch that will work rather than $10 for a oil based pentrating oil that will contaminate brake fuild in slave and could possibly not work. Don't even bother with a repair kit, it costs as much if not more than a new one plus you have the insurance factor of it working over a repair kit. If you don't have a a line wrench/flare nut find a expenable wrench and cut out 3/8 off the 12 o'clock position.
