hey guys.

is there a good video on youtube maybe to explain how to adjust a clutch pedal? i have heard many times its a nut you loosen on the rod but i have not been able to figure out how to do it. everytime i loosen anything on the rod, nothing at all will move or adjust

 

isn't that procedure in the FSM?

 

yes....but like i said, whenever i loosen what i think is the locknut, nothing will move on the rod. so i feel like im doing the wrong thing

My buddie has a Nissan and the clutch is as smooth as a baby's butt.
Easy to press.
Not hard to press at all.
Its amazing.
Id love to get mine like that...

Well...Mines not hard to press, but its unbelievable how easy his is.

Im replacing the clutch while i replace the transmission...
So we'll see if it changes anything.

 

Plus he modified his clutch to where it would be that smooth, But wont tell his secret.

Well...I dont do any rock crawling...I play in the mud occasionally...So most of my driving is on the street.
Would you go with as marlin clutch kit, or just get one from autozone?
Ive heard nothing but good things from marlin, But i dont have a whole lot of money to spare right now...
