Clutch issue

I just replaced my trans clutch and rear main seal now my truck will not go into gear with the truck running. Like the clutch is not disengaging when you press the clutch down. I bleed the slave cylinder and I have pressure but the release bearing is not working. Any ideas? Not sure if I’m not bleeding it the correct way but I have a steady stream of fluid out the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder

Did you put the clutch disc in the correct way? When you push the clutch in is the slave cylinder extending?

Yes I made sure I double check the clutch disk when I installed the clutch. And the slave cylinder rod is moving.

Also the rod is moving the clutch fork but I’m guessing it’s not moving it enough to contact the pressure plate.

Another thing I noticed is that with the clutch pedal pressed down the piston on the slave cylinder is out all the way to the end of the slave cylinder. Not sticking out but all the way to the end

Park on a flat surface. Turn truck off. Place in first gear. Turn truck on, is the truck moving? If it’s moving with the clutch depressed all the way down, adjust your clutch pedal pushrod.
