This Clutch is completely stuck

Like i said, just got the slave on and it feels like something is blocking the fork or something, it's completely engaged but won't compress for anything, nothing at all. What do you guys think?
It's a 5VZFE flywheel, clutch, throw-out bearing, swapped in place of a 3VZE.

You need a 3vz throw out bearing. Not the 5vz one

guy at the shop says i also need to use the 3vze's flywheel/clutchpack/ect.
Is that true? that's not what i read...

I used all 3vz parts on mine. You can use the 5vz flywheel, pilot bearing and clutch. If your using the original 3.0 transmission you need the 3.0 throw out bearing.
