Clanking in engine while cruising
93 T4R 3.0V6 5Speed
In all gears, when I'm cruising, I get this awful cranking noise. The higher the RPM, the louder it is.
It always did this, but starting today it got about three times as loud. Even my old 3.0 did this, but not nearly as bad. The old 3.0 had about 237000 on the odo, this one I have no idea because I yanked it out of a totaled pickup (model year 91~ish).
Seems like after every oil change, for the first 1000 miles or so, the clank is gone, but after that it cames right back. I have good pressures/fluid all around. I'm thinking valve train?
Anyone have any idea's? I'll try to get a video/sound while its doing it.

Here is a short video of the engine clanking. Its a apple quicktime (thank you, cell phone), so you will need it to play the video.
Listen close at 6 SEC, 9 AND 10 SEC, and 12-15 SEC. You will hear it.
