Check engine light

Check engine light
92 pick up 3.0 1 ton automatic 145k+
Ran diagnostic (code 25)
checked out symtons listed on off-road.com/toyota
checked all wiring
checked vac lines
replaced fuel filter
replaced plugs and wires
cap and rotor
new O2 sensor.
runs great! idles rough though in gear only?
check engine light comes on after a good long drive? (temp here in the 50's)
ran injector cleaner/fuel additive
today: check MAP sensor connection and vac lines
Any input? thanks for any help, poolman

Might try some Seafoam through a vacuum line to clean out the throttle body and intake.
