check engine code 71

I recently unplugged some hoses on my 95 3.0 3vze to change the spark plugs and fixed a vacuum hose to the charcoal canister that was just capped at the bvsv. I am now getting a code 71 egr valve malfunction instead of my recent code 25. Also I'm still getting a code 52, which I havent addressed this problem yet. I'm wondering if I hooked the hoses up incorrectly to the intake causing code 71, hoses on the passenger side, the hoses which hook up around the vacuum lines. If someone could give me a diagram of these 4 or 5 hoses it would be nice.

This should link to the manual. It's been a while, I'm sure you've figured it out, but a good link for future searchers. Good luck!
