hmmm well i would have guessed that it was an o2 senser try removingthe ecu or maybe u could check ure injectors idle air control maybe a vacume line make shure u have no leaks in ure exaust

its probably a code 52 which I believe is your knock sensor. That would make sense if the light goes out when you coast since your eng isnt under a load

dont guess at whats wrong. Throwing parts at something without knowing what it is for sure just costs you time and money

oh, it also gets stuck on high idle when ever i go to neutral. I can punch it and it drops back down. I dont think it is physically sticking because when I put it in gear and let off the clutch just a little (w/o touching the accelerator) then put it back in neutral it goes back to a higher idle. Wait, I think that happened before the CEL came on... dunno, could be a symptom

get a chiltons or haynes repair manual for your rig thay have all the codes listed in there for future use
