I have an 1986 4x4 toy with the 22r motor. I rounded the bolts off on the cat and before i hack this thing apart. I was wondering if anyone know's the inlet/outlet diameter in the cat so I can go ahead and order another. I was also thinking about getting a cat back exhaust. Anyone have one they particularly like? I saw one on Summit. But it is a 2" kit. This cat outlet just dosn't look 2"??

 

IIRC they are 2"... If I were you I would get a 2.25" cat and muffler and have the local exhaust shop make you a 2.25" exhaust from the collector back.
