I just had my exhaust reworked and replaced my cat with a 2.25" hi-flow model for the whopping price of $40.00.

Anyone too cheap to pay that needs to pay fine.

This is one subject where I have a 1 track mind.

The number of buggies and other ORV only vehicles not running cats is likely pretty small - the bigger problem is the clowns in the general population that can't see the big picture and remove this equipment despite the fact that tampering with emissions equipment is a federal offense. If you live in the US, this applies to you. That's about as simple as it can be stated. The assorted legalities aside, how about having a conscience about what you are leaving for future generations. The caveman mentality don't cut it.
