Catalyst and RPM question

Hi. I have posted some pics of my cat converter here :
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show....php?p=1014694

Does anyone know if it is still good?

Also adding to my question about the >3K RPM performance - I have taken it to 5K today on the hway and it sounds OK, however I am still not satisfied with the performance >3K...

It is running fine - however at the moment I am running at the stock setting with 4 turns leaner at idle bypass. The reasons I did this:
1. I was replacing my O2 sensor and wanted to test one thing at a time - so reversed to stock AFM setting.
2. Leaned the idle because I spend most of my time in the city idling and figured that should cut on the fuel usage a bit.
