Can any one explain this ?

I have a 1995 4runner 3.0

My question is, why when I have the heat on in the rig, and I make a left turn, the heat gets hotter.

Seems strange to me.

Short of something getting moved when you turn the steering wheel that changes a setting, it might just be the air rotating in the cab as you turn and your hitting a warmer batch. This happens in my 91 with a shell, no window and a boot to the back. I'm guessing the same could happen in a runner.

A left turn would make the coolant pull to the right...isn't that where the inlet to the heater core is? Possibly low on coolant?

The air is sloshing inside the cab. It would seem that your heater is heating unevenly.

I'm sort of with stupid mud gremlins on this point, except maybe instead of just low you have an air bubble which would still be technically low.

So, how do you correct this. It has done this since I got the rig. I also had the compleat top end done about 1 year ago, and it still does it. O, and by the way, I didn't get the top end done for that reason LOL. I also want to say that the coolent level is right on.
