A/C problem

Question: I just installed a rebuilt 3 vze 190hp motor, A/C used to work perfectly, now the compressor cuts on and off (cycles) and when cycling on the rpm drops instead of increasing???? What may be wrong with this picture?
Thanks

Might be a combination of things. The A.C amplifier may be cutting off the A/C with the lower RPMs. And the A/C idle up valve may not be working right.

190hp 3.0

E-bayer - out of the state of Washington, I think the guy was a reseller, although his e-bay mentioned a machine shop!

I really like the motor. I run 315/75/16 with stocvk gears.
5spd, and she has no problem geetin up to 100mph on I-95.
