a/c belt tensioner

I now this is kind of a newb question but....

My A/C belt tensioner is acting up because, I think, I installed the tensioner pulley. I had lost the pictures of how it was supposed to be.

I have it this way(from front of truck to rear)
1. Nut
2. lock washer thing
3. largish metal tin piece
4. pulley
5. I think that the spacer i can see behind the pulley is already there, but there is a spacer of some sort there

Now looking at my other 3.0 on the other truck. I cant see the lock washer thing (stated above in number two)

It appears to go:
1. Nut
2. largish metal tin thing
3. maybe lock washer?
4. pulley
5. spacer that I think is already there.

Please advise which way it should be, because mine tightens itself and makes the belt slip and the pulley stop spinning.

I know this is probably a dumb thing, but help!?

Katie
