Buzzing behind dashboard

I have a 90 22re 5 speed runner, and it has a annoying buzzing noise from behind the dash. It only happens at 2500rpms. At first I thought speedo cable, but I've lubed it and the noise is still there. It happens even with the instrument panel completely unplugged both stationary and while driving. I need help before I decide to trade it away for one without this stupid buzzing

Something loose that just happens to vibrate at that RPM !!

Might be something that fell into the defrost vent

Could be the buzzing only sounds like it comes from behind the dash

If it was electrical it would buzz when ever the ignition was on

Most likely a good idea to get rid of the 4 Runner

Yep, or a leaf / stem that went into the blower fan. Found on on mine.

I'm betting on loose change in the defroster vent!

i'll give you $500 and even pick it up free of charge

2500 rpms only if you are driving or 2500 rpms in neutral and giving it gas?

2500 rpms and the blower motor on?

like mentioned before, clean the vents and see what happens

2500 stationary and driving, blower on or off, doesn't matter. It's always there
