Otherwise known as now I need bigger tires! Flares went on fairly easily the fronts were tougher to fit than rears. 2 extra pairs of hands were a big help. I also deleted the runing boards as they looked completely retarded with the flares. Before and after pics for comparison. I like em!

Thanks guys...was a one owner TX truck so its was well kept. future plans include slightly larger tires when these wear out (31X10.5 maybe) and maybe a lift. I might just try cranking on the torsion bar to bring up the front a touch. Its a beefy aftermarket one. Also been working on the stereo and the kgith bar and some other goodies. I might even take Precious offroad someday lol. But I dont want it to get dirty

Yeah, those are nice. Where did you purchase them and what is the part number? I've got an '86 4runner that I would like to put those on with 31" x 10.5" tires. Very nice truck.

Thanks for the props all...to answer some above questions. I think the whole set was about $255.00 I think we ordered them from http://www.performanceproducts4truck...-Fender+Flares I saw them on several sites all around the same prices but some places said 4 weeks to deliver. I got them in 3 days. The install took about 4 hours with a diner break maybe a bit longer? the fronts were trickier than the rears. Rears you could utilize the factory holes that held the chrome trim. in the ronts the flares did not extend in far enough to use the holes. And the truck is not rusted out cause it lived in Texas until a few years ago is undercoated not really offroaded and usually sees little to no winter action. Wish I had some pics with the ultra rare can-back soft top on it. Have to wait til spring for that. this site and all of you have been pretty helpful.

That is one clean looking runner, I now have one more thing added to my wish list. Yota tech is getting expensive for me.
