Bushing question

I am going to be pulling and replacing the motor on my 87 2wd. I want to go thru the bushings and ball joints while the motor is out - I figure I won't ever have better access.

It seems clear that OEM style upper control arm bushings are being recommended because the poly's squeak up there but are quiet most everywhere else.

I see upper control arm bushings sold with the metal sleeves already on them.

My question: Is it easier to NOT reuse the old sleeves and just use new ones?

Wealth of knowledge here - thanks for any insight.
