Brush Guard Bumper Question

OK in my brush guard bumper (SEE MY RIG PIC) I hav 2 big rubber thongs on the flat part of the bumper. Can anyone tell me if thease are for light mounts. Thanks

if its in the between your headlights and above your bumper, then yes... what kind of brush guard is it?
