Broken conical spring on shifter lever. Can spring be replaced?

Good morning to one and all, hoping all is well in these times. I have a question hoping someone can help me. I have my 91 Toyota 2 wheeler drive 5 speed with a broken conical spring on the shift lever. I’ve contacted Toyota dealership and was told I had to replace the complete shift lever because the spring is not sold separately. Can someone help me in telling me if and where I can purchase the spring separately thanks

conical springs are easy enough to find using google. but you need measurements so you know what to look for. Either that, or make your own.

This is the broken conical spring on the shift lever. Can someone tell me where I can get a replacement spring without replacing the complete shift lever? The initial issue was a sloppy shifter in and out of gear. I also had to replace the bushing due to is being worn.

Google "conical spring" and pick the one that's the same size. You haven't posted any of the measurements, so that's the best I got.
You could try ordering one for an RN38 and see if it works. I have no idea if size is the same
