today i finished pulling the donor motor.

well iv had the v-8 in and out of the Toyota i lost count how many times.

after countless times i had it finally sitting in there how i wanted with after lots of making room and massaging the firewall. measured everything squared everything up tacked up some motor mounts with the engine in place. then pulled the motor back out and when i pulled the motor it snaged the mounts and pulled them up straightened everything back up and started burning everything in. then decided to stop and and re fit the motor again to make sure everything still lined up right. and i found that i cant get it back on the mounts. the bell housing bolts hit the firewall with the engine high enough to clear the mounts. so pulled it back out and sat it on the ground and called it a day.

I thought i would get the engine fitted and mounted today. but i guess not....lol

Lookin good.

So you can't park your own truck in your own driveway if it is unregistered?

technically no, its rarely enforced. the plates expired 5-2011 so its been in my driveway for nearly 3 years with expired plates.
