Question Brakes stick after stopping???Wont release.

91 V6 AUTO TRUCK
When I brake while driving, everything works great. When I stop at a red light and then let go of the brake, the brakes stick and I have to give it gas and it jumps unlocked. If I put it in neutral,it unlockes it also.Anyone have this problem? It's been happening for a while and I want to fix it now.Could this be the master cylinder? The brakes work excellent while driving and they dont stick or rub. It's only after I stop completely.I changed the front pads and bled the brakes but did'nt do anything.Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

I have had the brake booster to not release brakes. The booster even applied the brakes wile driving. I would check your Master Cylinder and Calipers. Is one or both sides sticking? Is it pulling to one side? If it is on one side I would suspect caliper. Both sides I would suspect booster or Master Cylinder.

Figure out which wheel is sticking, it's doubtful all four are.

It's most likely the rear, if you have an axle seal starting to leak a few drops of gear lube mixed with brake dust mak a remarkably sticky paste.
Get them to lock up, then just put it in reverse and see if it rolls free. If it does, look to the rear.

When I put it in reverse or neutral it unlocks so I will check the rear.I had a bad wheel cylinder a while ago and replaced it but used the same shoes. There was brake fluid inside the drum and shoes but I cleaned it up with brake cleaner and I guess I should change the shoes also.I will do that and post results.
