Brake upgrade

I want to upgrade my brake system in my 88 truck with IFS. Can I pull a master cylinder, calipers, and drum housing off a 1/2 ton chevy or other truck and just bolt-on? I would like to stay with 15" wheels but no bigger than 16". I want bigger brakes for bigger tires. Plan on running 33x10.50x15. Any ideas?

Yes, you can upgrade your braking system. Been done in numerous ways but is stick with OEM Toyota. Not going to be able to stay 15" rims without wheel spacers. Try and the Search bar here, tons of info on this topic.
