I think it is a 17 mm socket to take the resevoir off and there is a rubber seal/gasket that goen in between the tank and Master Cylinder. Might try just tightening it a little bit first and see if that fixes it.

Check the pic - is this what you have?
The diagram shows a "RING(FOR BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR, NO.2)" (P/N 90562-18151) btwn the m/c and reservoir. Probably a dealer only part. This does not appear to be an o-ring but rather a collar to connect the two, but I can't tell for sure and I'm not near my vehicle at the moment. There is no other part listed for this joint.
Is the "ring" cracked / damaged?
Make sure the hose running to the other circuit is sealed and not damaged as well.

I am sure the dealer ship has one, but you could try Orielly, Auto zone, and they have rubber seals that would probably work. The seals wont be in the customer isle, they have them in the back with their parts.

better to buy the toyota part that you know fits than something that "kinda" fits but isn't designed for brake system use from the parts store... I wouldn't chance it on a crucial safety system like this
