bodywork --- need ideas

Hi all,
The runner failed inspection for 'rust' at the dogleg, I plan on cutting some good ones out from a yard (when weather improves). Anyone have an idea for a temp fix on this?

Also I searched the forum for the term 'dog leg' and it seems like only wolfe metal makes em but I also read not use cause they don't fit. Are there any other options out there?
any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am considering the spray foam (again this is a temp fix only a few months).
thanks
here is the pic of what it looks like it is just about the same on the other side.

jake d, that is pretty much what I did to get me through the cold months here. As soon as it gets a lil warmer I will start the hunt for some junkyard donor metal.
