Body compatabilities

Will an 84 or 88 bed work on an 89? Can I make the fenders fit? Also the doors? Thanks

1. Yes. Short for short, long for long.
2. Maybe. I don't know for sure on that.
3. No, they're too small.

Crap! I was wrong about #1.

Previous post editted for accuracy.

Now I've gotta go back through a bunch of stuff and rewrite it. I thought the long beds got longer at some point because the wheelbase was lengthened. But they didn't, and it wasn't(just the Xtracab wheelbase was). Son of a...I swear I read that was the case somewhere.
