Blower Fan fuse problem

Blower Fan fuse problem
I have a 1992 toyota pickup truck.
The fuse for the fan keeps blowing when I turn it on high.
It will work on low but as soon as I turn it full blast the fuse blows behind the glove box. Is it supposed to be a 10 amp fuse or more?
