Bleeder if you still have your valve cover off you might want to look down and check to see if your top oil pump bolt is hitting your chain tensioner. Mine was touching just enough to keep it from working. Also this bolt needs thread sealer. I know someone has been in the motor I'm working on and I think they might have switched the bolt or replaced it. I thought I was the first one to take my motor apart untill I found a helicoil in the block for one of the head bolts.

X2 on sweet how 2 vid.

I took some pics of my MC 1200 lb and went to upload them and the damn cord is missing & sd port on my comp crapped out.

...so my clutch has 4 springs & is a SECO # 48626. The Clutch cover is however an Aisin and the # engraved on it is CTX-062.

hope that helps, i'll post pics if i ever find the cord...

I'm just blocking it off as part of the doing away with the emissions junk during the rebuild

well I ordered a 130amp direct bolt in alternator last night using a friends suggestion; eBay; DON'T KILL ME, he's been using one from the seller for almost 2 years now on his Mustang and he says it's GREAT, no problems at all!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

Plus, the seller does have pretty good feedback too

We'll see how it works out; I'll definately let you guys know how it turns out

Now I just need to upgrade the main charge wire from it, lol, cause I have a slight feeling the stock wire isn't going to hold a 130amp charge very good

one last update for today

I got into the engine bay this afternoon and started repairing some wiring that was falling apart after 18 years Everthing from the main wiring harness by the fuse box, rewrapping the entire length of wire running over to the ignition module and AFM, the engine wiring harness itself, and the ground and starter power wire attached to the passenger side frame

I also went ahead and tapped into the wire that engages the AC compressor clutch for a lead to the radiator fan controller box

Sorry no pics, but I might put some up tomorrow, it all depends on what time I get home. I have to go into work on a Sunday to finish up a few last this before a branch audit on Monday yay
