Yea article doesn't state that he was probably in an un ventilated room and used an absorbanent amount of brake cleen on what he was welding.
I'm not an idiot I don't weld in a pool of brake cleen or on a venting fuel tank. I'm not welding inside because it would vent into my house through the garage seiling. I weld out side send the gas back where it came from.

 

When I read he used brake cleaner I thought of that same article with that poor guy.
He welded near a area that had a tiny amount of cleaner still and saw a puff of smoke then he was TKO!
