Best Tire size for a stock 91 pickup
#21
I've had 31x10.5 on 15s for a long time now and they seem to be just right on my stock 93 4x4 truck. Never rubbed them offroad. Go ahead and pay the extra for BFG T/A KO. Best tires I ever had on that truck and made a mistake going to some Firestones a couple of years ago and can't wait to burn the tread off of those and go back to the T/A KO.

Ok, the fenders are exactly the same. But the headlights and grill for 92-95 4runners are different than 89-85 pickups. From 90-91, the grill and headlights are the same as the 89-95 pickups.

I can even see the difference from your display. Not to mention the bolt holes don't ALL line up. That means its different. different side marker light.

If you're looking for gas mileage 235/75/15's are what you want on a stock 22re 4x4. Of course i've never kept any of mine stock. My 89 has 31x10.50's on it and has since the early 90's. But mileage and on-road performance are pretty pathetic. Especially with the plow blade on... I have them on 15x8 wheels with 3.75" backspacing and they do rub a lot on the front with that offset/wheel size. I've run 31's on stock alloys on a few trucks with zero issues.

comes in all brands too!!! When I went to the tire store they were using these tires for the desk because they ran out of room to stock them.

1 more vote for the 31X10.50... Thats what I've always had on either 4Runners or Trucks... Ive gotten bigger but only after lifting. These will *sometimes* rub when turning but thats usually that your truck is squatting.
