"best" means different things to different people, without knowing what you want out of your truck it is hard to give advice.
do you mean "tallest"
do you mean "best rock buggy"
do you mean "best mudder"
do you mean "easiest to install"
cheapest?
throw in some information about how much lift you are looking for, what size tires you would like to run, how radical you want it to be.
if it's just for looks and mall crawling or you want to throw your wallet at it and make a high horsepower mud slinging stump puller, things like that.
I mostly want it for looks I’d like a 6” but all I’m seeing is 4” not really sure why.
I’d like to run 35s but I’d still be happy running 33s on a 4” lift if that’s all I can do.
im seeing several kinds in 4” but not sure what’s a good brand or which one would have everything I need. I talked to a mechanic and he said he can install whatever I pick out.

Check out some of the build threads here and some pictures of lifted trucks.
there is only so much you can do with the stock IFS suspension (Independant Front Suspension) and 3 or 4 inches is probably all you need to run 35 inch tires. Some other folks here know more about that than I do.
I went with the SAS (Solid Axle Swap) and the kits I got from trail gear gave me more than 6 inches of lift. I have a 3 inch front and 3 inch rear kit that I later had to put 5 inch springs in the rear due to sagging.
I think the kits are designed for the older leaf spring pickups and once you weld in the mounts you are well above the advertised number.
check out my build thread and see what it looks like, 95 4runner with 37 inch tires. there is about 1 inch of body lift also.
Just keep in mind that if you are paying a mechanic to cut/grind/weld in an SAS kit it will not be cheap.

I will probably go with the 4” just not sure what brand is a good one to go with I see rough country and super lift but not sure if they’re good or is there a brand that’s better
You'll need to do a gear swap if you go with bigger tires. Probably more expensive than the lift. Take your time checking out whatever is available. Read reviews if you can find them and ask on the forums like you're already doing. OME (Old Man Emu) has lots of positive feedback. See if they have something for your truck. 6 inch lifts are for the full size trucks. 4 inch lifts were the highest kits I could find for mini trucks. I liked and purchased the Pro-comp HD 4 inch lift because it ties the pivot point and bump stop drop brackets together for further reinforcement. It also has tubular reinforcement struts that run from the back of the rear pivot point drop brackets up to the transfer case cross member bolts for further triangulation and support for that additional 4 inches of leverage your putting through the suspension mounts. I ran this kit with zero issues for 20 years on 35 inch tires. I have since gone to a pre-runner theme so this kit was dismounted a few years ago however if I needed one I would definitely buy this kit again. I do have it for sale currently and you can see it at the link below.
here is a shot of my truck with it installed with my old 15X10 M/T Alcoa's on 35 BFG's I ran on it. BTW: The 4 inch blocks at the back were not quite enough to clear 35's so an Add-a-leaf was also installed to get the back end up a little taller.
