Best IFS lift kit?
First off...I don't want to solid axle my toyota. I don't do any hard off roading to the point where I'd want to take the time and money to put it in. It's my daily driver 99% of the time, just want a smooth ride.
I'm going to get 33" tires with maybe 11.5 width and I want a good smooth riding lift kit (I was thinking 3-4" suspension, for good clearance and of course I like the look of 4" lifts on Yotas). Rough country I heard rides...rough...pun intended..ha...but I've heard good things about sky jacker? What's a really good smooth riding lift kit for IFS?

A bracket lift shouldn't really change the way it rides, apart from high COG. You get rough ride when you change out your factory torsion bars for something stiffer, or crank your factory torsion bars for additional height. Some high ply 33" tires will also make it ride harsher.

I vote keep it lower than a 4" bracket lift. Just do a 2" lift with bj spacers and new rear 2" lift springs with shocks all the way around. I chose the OME brand for my stuff. Then go through and make sure your ifs is nice and tight (no worn movable joints) and get an idler arm brace. Don't get aftermarket tbars if you wanna keep it soft ride unless you have a winch and off-road bumper up front. Removing swaybar is another option for softer front end if you have truck.
This will give your rig just enough lift to keep it looking stockish fender to tire gap once you put 33s on it. Your cog will be lower as will wind resistance. Sounds like you have 16" wheels if you are getting 33x11.5 tires....I would also consider 255/85/16 which is more like a 33x10. Also think about not using a full out MT tire and go for aggressive AT. they will be lighter and have less rolling resistance and weight. All of this will help get better on MPGs since you're driving streets
