Yeah, till you have the left tires separate while driving on the highway. Always wanted to know how it felt to be in a nascar crash, but boy I tell you what, it's not something you want to do twice. I'll NEVER buy retreads again. Thank god it was a toyota...

Wow, guess I shut down this thread lol.

Best for mud and DDing? Well, I wouldn't believe it before I saw it, but my cousin has gotten 40k+ on his 37x15.5x17 TSL radials with ~75% tread left never really rotating em. Hardly goes offroadin, so most of his miles are on the road from going back and forth from here to denver for school. And they still tear it up, being that they're one of the best offroadin tires made

Yeah, actually walked away from it to flag someone down. Wasn't hurt too bad all things considered. Was only goin 75 when they blew the truck sideways into a dip on the side of the road. Flipped that some beach a good 5 times, a couple barrel rolls, and a few 360s. Just had road rash on left arm, broken collar bone from the seat belt, right wrist snapped in half from holdin onto the steerin wheel so hard, and a split open head from the roof comin in.

bfg all terrains are a great all around tire deffinalty a good choice...stay out of heavy mud, cuz u'll go no where with bfg a/t's in it.... 32x10.50? do u mean 32x11.50...and yes you can...i ran 35x12.50s on my stock 79 pickup, and i've seen people run 34x9.50s, 33x12.50s, 32x11.50, etc on 1st gen 4runners so yes

I have heard really good things about the Toyo MTs on and off road but havn't heard much about them in the mud.

the bfg at's are great for everything but mud and snow. they just dont clean out. if ur lookin for a lot of mud action go for a mud terrain. if ur gonna be doin mostly on road then find either an all terrain or a less agressive mt. dd and mt. lol. oiy. those dont exactly go together. if u just got new wheels why dont ya put some nasty knobbies on those and have a dd set with some lil highway terrains. that would work for me.

Heard alot of good things from the Xterra guys running Firestone Destination M/Ts - Quiet on the street and amazing on the Rocks & in the dirt. I plan on a set for my Xterra. I'm running BFG AT's on my 4Runner, only one way to find out how well they do in mud - Only problem is, we don't get any damn rain here in AZ. Role on Monsoon season.

true. gotta know i live in florida. lol. not much experiance in the snow... they did alright the one time i drove em in the snow in my aunts jeep in ohio. but as for mud, or at least the nasty junk u can find down here if u know where to look, they just get filled and slick. regardless of spin. but i still like em. lol
