Swapping a 81 long bed onto my 86 pickup. I have to section the bed to fit and trying to get an idea on factory measurements for the 86 short wheel base. Between an 81 bed and a 87 4 runner top, the difference is 11". I planned to use this but needed to make sure the 4 runner top would fit on an 86 pickup short wheel base.
The measurement I need is the distance between the cab and the bed, and the length of the bed(outside to outside of tailgate) on an 86 short wheel base, or confirmation that a 4 runner top is the same length.
