Battery incorrectly grounded?

Battery incorrectly grounded?
Okay here is my issue of the day.
Last night after a delicious barbq my friend wants to do some light wheeling. Well it turns out that I get aggressive when it comes to beating j**ps and he didn't want to get beat by a "jap vehicle". I might have jumped it once or twice. The issue is that on the way home after my victory, the part that holds the battery in place came lose and connected the negative terminal to the body of the truck. Well at least I think thats what caused it but my car completely shut down. So my question is there a main fuse I have to replace? and if so where is it at?
Thanks
-Tom

One reason I keep my negative facing the inner fender so it it was to slide it wont cause any damage. The main fuse is the 80 amp under the hood. Post 352 on my link shows about getting it out and replaced. Link... https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f199...9/index15.html
