Ball joint spacers

I bought a ball joint spacer kit and a sway bar and differential drop. I was wondering if anyone has done a write up on it or has some advice to make the job go smoother. It doesnt seem to difficult but i didnt get any instructions with it and was curious do you put them between the top ball joint and arm or the bottom ball joint. Thanks!

Heres a great write up done by Blazen8. He points out the flaws, what you should and shouldn't do with them, and the proper way to install them.

And btw, they go between the upper ball joint and upper control arm.
