if im in the 2k range sometimes my car bucks like i jumped the clutch. also if im sitting with my foot on the clutch and rev the engine i can feel a vibration in the clutch petal. i have always owned manuals so i know somethings not right here because its never happened before in any other car and since this is a new to me car im not sure how it works. im thinking maybe a bad tranny mount or engine mounts or both what do you think?

 

sorry forgot to say. 89 4runner sr5 3vze. and 2k as 2000rpms im sure you all got thtat though

 

Check all mounts and report back to update your findings............also vibrations can come from one area and feel like it's coming from another.......I know this first hand and have spent a lot of time and money chasing my vibration and I may have some closure soon when I replace a bad motor mount

Thanks for the help. Soon after I posted I got a cel and code 25 and 26. Chased it with an ohm meter replaced the o2 sensor and now it runs great
