The reverse gear is a straight gear and not a helix...not too mention one more part that can fail.

I was waiting for the tree to fall on the Runner...

Hey guys, watch this! CRUNCH!!

Nice to see you got the Runner far enough away.

I almost pulled one over winching myself out of a creek once. The tree started to move, the Runner stayed where it was. My brother told me to shut it down, unless we wanted to cut a tree out of the way. We then reset on a bigger tree a little further away. And, we did use a tree saver.
