Auto to 5speed questions

So I drove 630 miles up to NC to pick up a roll'n chassis with what was supposed to include everything I needed to convert to a 5speed. When I got there the truck was at his buddies house and suspiciously quite a few parts had disappeared. :/ If it hadn't been a 10 hr drive I probably would have just turned around and headed home. But I went ahead and pulled it on home as was.
So now I have a transmission, transfer case, drive shafts, and a pedal assembly with the slave cylinder, oh and the shifter boots. I know I need shifters and the related interior trim, but what about the manual wiring harness, and is there anything else? I was supposed to get a complete dash, but that was all stripped out. Are there differences between the manual and automatic dashes as far as indicator lights or something?

No difference in the dashes.
Yes use the wiring harness from the donor if its not to weatherd. or you will have to slice the trans connecter because there different and splice the neutral/park start wires together.
You can use the interior dash harness if you want the clutch start switch, clutch start bypass switch and the OD disengage switch wiring already done, You don't need them but just be warned about not having the clutch in when starting the engine or it will take off on you.

You also gave no info what year and body that you have and your donor, Might be more info to give.

Both trucks are 89s, I didn't get any wiring at all, like I said the dude stripped it all, says he thought he'd just hang on to it for, whatever...
So I need shifters, trim, and now a harness??

You don't need the harness and there are write ups here on how to trick the Auto ECU if you don't have the manual ECU.

Post that you need the sticks and see if anyone has a set.

The master and slave cylinder are cheap and easy replacement, But the 2 hard lines are harder to get so make sure you pull those off the donor.
The flex line can be gotten new if the donor one is weathered.

You can do without the harness but you need all the plugs from a donor harness for the manual trans (Back up lights switch, transfer case switch), There would be a 3rd plug but your speed-O is cable driven.

The trans stick boots can be bought new.
