ARB Bumper Hardware

Hi all,

I'm hoping to mount my new to me ARB bumper this weekend along with my new fenders, and I've realized now that I'm going to need to purchase all the hardware for the bumper. I have the oblong washers that are specific to the bumper from the original owner.

The ARB instructions are terribly vague, so I was wondering if anyone might have pictures of their hardware or might know what thread pitch/length the bolts were?

I have the size of each bolt, but not the actual pitch/length for them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I just don't want to buy a bunch of hardware only to play guessing games on the pitch.

I found this which helps out greatly on the locations of where I need to put all the bolts, but I'm just trying to get an idea on size.

Blahness. Between forgetting about this and no one selling Toyota 045 white in spraycans anymore, it's going to be a fun Memorial Day weekend.

Try contacting http://www.drcolorchip.com/ and see if they'll do a spray can for ya. They've got the color you need.

Can't help you with the bumper, though. Sorry!

Dude, you're my hero! Now I don't have to worry about fubaring the threads in the frame.

Bryan already saved your day on the bolts. But if you're missing any of the bumperettes, blinkers, or anything else you can contact 4wheelparts.com and they'll contact ARB and have anything you need ordered!

I'm bumping this thread.

ARB wants over $100.00 shipped for the mounting hardware for a 86-95 Toyota bumper (3414070).

Due to dead links the OP's research isn't as helpful as it might have been and I am going on the vague descriptions in the ARB instructions about where the bolts go.

This is the part list I've created from their instructions:

4x 12mm bolts (with 17mm head) and spring washers supplied

4x 14mm bolts, spring and flat washers

2x 2mm x 40mm bolts & spring washers

4x OEM bumper mounting bolts

2x 12mm x 35mm bolts, flat & spring washers supplied with offset 38mm washer to rear of bull bar to chassis with offset washer clamping bar to chassis.

Wabbit above says "M12x1.25 and M10x1.25 in 30-50mm lengths with flats, springs and nuts" but this is still a little vague.

I'm wondering if I can track down detailed enough information to get this hardware easily without going through ARB. Can anyone fill in the exact details on this hardware?

Well, looks like Wabbit is indeed correct that the threaded holes in the frame are M12x1.25 and M10x1.25. He is also correct about the lengths being between 30-50mm. I don't see any holes for mounting the ARB that require nuts though.

Hope this helps other used ARB buyers.
