anyone know where this bracket goes

my 22re rebuild is stretching on towards over a six month long ordeal. nothing but time, right? i work seven days a week, give me a break, i hear enough from my wife about it. anyways, i am within hours of crankin her up.
i've had a friends truck over to look at and try to see if i can find where this bracket goes but i just don't see it. i have no clue. here is a picture http://home.midsouth.rr.com/norwoodstuff/bracket%3f.jpg any input would be appreciated.
thanks,
jess

power steering bracket. the single hole goes to the the front of the block. when you have your timing cover on, you'll notice theres a hole about 1/2 down on the front, right side. thats where that bolts too. short side bolts to the front of the power steering pump, the higher side bolts to the back.

pic of the bracket installed, lower part bolted to the front of the block, just to the right of the timing chain cover

this is on the front of the pump

this is on the back of the pump
