So while on vacation I decided that I was gonna pull off the iac again and give it a good scrubbing. That good scrubbing turned into me taking it all the way apart. I paid good attention to how it was set up and tore it down. I sprayed a lot of carb cleaner in all the ports and let it sit. When I blew out the water ports this time I got a bunch of crap out. After reassembly and installation it seems to be working, although I might need to tweek on the iac adjustment a bit. Regardless it's running a lot better and I think I found the problem.

For what it's worth, I tested my o2 sensors yesterday and they both appear to be bad as well.

Symptom posted point to a dirty and or restricted throttle body passages. Throttle gasket damged...? You mentioned vacuum emissions lines tampering. Are we sure all the vacuum hoses are in their respective locations..?

Verify vacuum brake booster internal leaks.

Removing the brake booster vacuum supply hose and plugging it checking to see if your symptoms still exist..?

Fast idle speed valve faulty..?

Air intake leaks..?

Hose between Air Flow Meter and Throttle plate..?

Verify correct ignition timing.

Fuel system restrictions and or leaks..?

Air Flow Meter door sticking..?

Late posting haha. Glad cleaning the Idle Speed Control Valve helped.

Good working Oxygen sensors can make a good deal of difference for performance and MPGs.
