Alignment problems with bracket lift 2nd gen 4Runner
I have a 2nd gen 4runner with a trailmaster 4” bracket lift on the front. I took it to get align the other day and they came back saying that the Left Front Camber Eccentric bolt is maxed out already. Also said the idler arm is loose. I have the printouts from the shop. Anyone have an idea how to fix this one? replace parts of the bracket lift? Any help is appreciated. Also I currently am turning the wheel to the right about 10-15 degrees to go straight.

Replace any worn components before going crazy. Also the guy doing the alignment may not like you. He did not center the wheel for you, he may also just be giving you a line of manure. My suggestion is to go elsewhere for a second opinion.
It might also be your lower control arms are bent. I would recommend a frame shop to tweak the front "A" arms into position.

Bracket lifts are not the greatest when it comes to alignments. The drop brackets are not perfect and probably not symmetric. Also your suspension is probably worn out. You have to check to see if the ball joints and control arm bushings are good. Was ride height checked? Cranked t-bars will cause the specs to be out as well. Ride height can be calculated if you factor in how much lift of the suspension and how much tire lift was acquired from the stock tire size versus the bigger tire size you have now. I know this may seem like a lot but that is what you are dealing with. It is possible something is bent as well. Just check everything to make sure it is tight.

I highly doubt it is a frame issue. Like I said bracket lifts are not exactly symmetrical when you bolt them on. Unless the frame has been bent, your wasting your money and time. Those specs are off but definitely not off the charts meaning usually replace worn suspension components and it will most likely bring it back to specs.

May not be the frame but the lower a-arms could be spread out due to there being no support for the backside.
If the front shocks are not clearing the IFS/frame bracketry, no Bob and Toms alignment shop is going to fix that. Only a frame alignment shop. So, if you took your rig to two different alignment shops, that's the cost of just going to the frame shop.
However, I'd definately replace all the worn components in the steering. That'll only benefit the truck.
