Aisin hub replacement
So I bought an aisin hub just cause I messed with the spring about 3 months ago. Blah blah, this week I got around to get a used one off eBay. Took it apart greased my one on my 93 ext pickup painted it black on the rim an dark blue on the dial but now after a day of being on my pickup. One will not turn... I used spray paint bad idea? An can someone give me a link on how to reassemble the aisin hub the spring an stuff. Would greatly appreciate that ^__^

I just reassembled mine a week or two ago and ran into an issue. If you've put it back together and can turn it freely only a very small amount, then you've put it back together wrong. Pay close attention starting at post #7 here:

If you do it wrong then it's put back in in the locked position but the dial is in the free position, and the mechanism binds up trying to pull it back.

I wouldn't bother with the body lift, and yes it will look goofy with that much lift and 33's. That truck should be able to run 35's with minimal trimming as it sits.
