Air intake question

what is this piece called where the blue and red meet on the intake. The little area that has the three air intakes. I have heard it will clog sometimes. Do they all go to the same area (as in it doesn’t matter which ones you use as long as it’s routed there )
to remove is it a cap or so I wrench from behind that.

I think Toyota calls it an air filter, or vacuum filter.

It does not matter what nipple the hoses that belong on it go to. It is just a common manifold vacuum source.
