Adjusting AISIN Carb Float

Adjusting AISIN Carb Float
I've got a 22r with the stock Aisan carb. I just rebuilt it a couple of days ago and the float seemed to measure at the correct measurements, HOWEVER when I fired it back up, and could actually see in the float window for the first time, the fuel is filling the bowl completely.
Is there any way to adjust the float without having to take apart the carb again? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Nope got to take the top of it off. If it appears as far as measurements goes adjusted properly, you will probably need a new float as fuel can seep into the float making it heavier.

Also, when I brake heavily and when I turn sharp to the right, the engine bogs and dies. When I rebuilt the carb, I replaced all of the vacuum lines and it's still doing it.
My guess is since the float bowl is crazy full of fuel it must be flooding it out when inertia causes the fuel to go forward and to the left??
Any speculation?
