Addicted off Road bumper is on!

I finally received my bumper from Scotty and I like it very much. I added some tabs for my front lights and mounted it up yesterday on my 1989 Toy.

Nice, I'm thinking about getting one of his rear bumpers but they look identical to the trail gear ones. Does he make his own rear bumpers or are they trail gear?

I still think Scotty's bumpers are the best looking. Reasonable price too. Looks like it's time for someone to to the turn signals into the corner light mod now.

They are TG. He sells them, but will do a custom one if you take your truck to him.

this almost makes me want to cry... I had one on order (the first one of the new line actually), but then I sold my truck (a white one at that) before it ever got shipped...

god, that bumper looks good...

that looks really good on there. now i know what it'd look like on my truck. do you have a 1" body lift on your truck or is there just a little gap integrated in the design?

He uses the TG mount but builds the rest of it himself. The bumper is not the same as the TG.

And actually he doesn't even use the tg mount either for his new style.

Not anymore. I use my own winch mount design now. Actually have for a few months now.

Bumper looks great Daryl!

How much did shipping run you? I've always wondered how much of a budget buster that is.

All of my stinger bumpers are $99 flat rate shipping within the continental US. Non-stinger bumpers are $59.

They are oversized and get classified by dimension size as opposed to anything else. And trust me, I come out of pocket on shipping almost every bumper.

That's very reasonable! Don't get me wrong, I don't think you or other vendors overcharge for shipping bumpers, it's just that they're so big and heavy I assumed shipping had to be a killer.

Yup, I slap them into envelopes under the shipping label on every one.

No body lift on this truck.
I plan to install my winch this week sometime, I'll post pictures of it then.
