Ac Issue

Ac Issue
On my 95 4runner the issue that I'm having is. When I charge the ac on the low side it will take in the freon on a 12oz can and the compressor clutch turns on. Then it turns off and looking at the gauge the low side at 100 and the high side at 200. I replaced the expansion valve and dryer and evap too. The only thing left is compressor and condenser. Anybody had the issue or could help me out.

Welcome to YotaTech.
I assume the high-side pressure is 200psi (not kPa) when the compressor shuts off (not some time later, after you move the gauges around). The dual-pressure switch should shut off at 384psi. http://web.archive.org/web/201102052...19pressure.pdf (This manual is for a '93, which would have had R12. Your '95 has R134a. The pressure switch 88645-20050 is listed as fitting all 4runners 1992-1995. So I assume the pressures are the same.)
I assume you have some way to recover the "freon" from the 12oz can when you replace these parts. (Like, taking it to a shop with an RRR machine.) Releasing refrigerant into the air is not only very illegal, it's killing all of us.

So on my gauge it would read 100psi low side and high side 200psi. He the issue with no freon in system and start to add on the low side the compressor clutch turns on and after a few minutes the clutch goes off and low pressure goes up to 100psi. So could it be the pressure switch or (blue connector/single wire) is definitely wired to the pressure cutoff switch and/or amplifier to shutdown the compressor...
