ABS LIGHT problem

ABS LIGHT problem
I am trying to get my truck (1990 v6 4runner 4x4 ) to pass inspection but my abs light is on. I do not want to fix the problem to turn the light off i just want to get rid of the light. I had tryed unplugging the ECU under the dash by the glovebox, and i have tryed pulling some fuses but nothing is working. Is there any other ways or ideas as to why this isnt working?? Any info would be great. Thanks
